Edmond Market Statistics July 2010

"What's happening in the real estate market?"  I hear that question almost daily.  So here is a look at some of the statistics for the Edmond real estate market during July 2010;

• During July, 319 homes were listed for sale. 

• 170 home sellers accepted contracts (30 of those were listed in July)
• 157 transactions closed
