Many Amenities in Husky Territory!

When searching for a new Edmond home, you may want to consider narrowing your search into one of three areas.  I often suggest buyers look at the Edmond Public Schools high school boundary map for reference (even if they don't have school age children).  By breaking Edmond into three distinct areas, we can really target your search for a new home.

Today, let's take a look at what ammenities you will find in Husky Territory!

Edmond North High School is home to the Huskies.  It is the blue area on the map above.  The schools that feed into Edmond North are; Northern Hills Elementary, John Ross Elementary, Ida Freeman Elementary, Cross Timbers Elementary and Centennial Elementary.  The middle schools are; Central, Sequoyah, and Cheyenne.  The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) can also be found in this part of town.

For fun and recreation you will find Kickingbird Theaters, Mitch Park, Mathis Skate Park, FEdmond Fine Arts Institute, the City of Edmond's MAC and Senior Centers nearby,  If you like to golf there are plenty of options at several public and private courses including; Kickingbird, Oak Tree, Fairfax, and Coffee Creek.

There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the area too!  Homestead Shopping Center, Village Center, Downtown Shoppes, Kohls, Walmart and Kickingbird Square are all very convenient.
